Task 1 Prompt for IELTS Writing
You recently purchased a new laptop computer from an online store. Upon receiving the laptop, you discovered that it has a faulty keyboard. Some keys do not work properly, making it difficult to type.
Write a letter to the customer service department of the online store. In your letter:
Explain the situation and the problem with the laptop
Express your disappointment with the product
Request a solution to the problem
